Pay Rate: $70 – $87/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Setting: Primary Care Clinic within an Enterprise Client Workplace

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our on-site clinical team at a primary care center embedded within an enterprise client in San Francisco, CA. This is a dynamic, full-scope clinical role providing high-quality care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of primary care experience and thrive in a patient-centered, workplace health setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including:
• Annual physicals
• Problem-based visits
• Travel medicine consultations
• Referrals to specialists
• Short-term disability evaluations
• Prescription management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, phlebotomists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Utilize on-site lab services (Quest Diagnostics processing and point-of-care testing) to support diagnostic needs.
• Partner with other on-site service lines including:
• Physical Therapy
• Chiropractic Care
• Behavioral Health (Psychologists)
• Care Management
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the supervising physician, who is on-site four days per week.
• Ensure clinical documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Board Certification (FNP or ANP)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in primary care
• Occupational health experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, integrated team environment
