Position Description

Job Type: (Hybrid On-site) Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday -9:00 am -5:00 pm

Work setting: In-person, Nursing home, and Telehealth

Locations: Northern California ONLY

  • Oakland/East Bay,
  • San Jose/South Bay
  • Monterey (Central Coast)

Responsibilities

Supervised by and working closely with the Director of Psychiatric Services, the job duties of the nurse practitioner shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct health assessments such as recording medical and psychosocial history
  • Record symptoms
  • Physically examine patients

Qualifications

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) is required

3 years of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is required
