Position Description

Position: Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care)

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Shift timings: Day Shift (5*8)

Full-time position.

Job description:

The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (WCNP) independently assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous ulcers. The WCNP develops and implements individualized care plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirement:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California.
Wound care expereince preferred.
